What items do you ship ?
FaucetMart.ca will  ship all items that are listed on the site.
 
when should i expect the delivery?     
Delivery time  Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm local time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are
estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [10]
business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays and Saturdays..
 
What if I'm not home to receive the delivery ?
If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification slip  with further details will be issued.
Please note that larger shipments made by common carrier require a signed acknowledgement of receipt.
If your order is shipped by common carrier, the carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time.
 
What if we live in  Antarctica..
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and US. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier's closest Pick-Up Centre from the shipment destination. Customers will be notified by telephone or a door notice when shipments are available for pick-up.
 
Free shipping policy.
All items are  FREE OF SHIPPING  To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and
proceed to the checkout page. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised by phone or email of any charges on the checkout page.
 
Can we track our package ?
Absolutely yes! Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping Confirmation email.
